Connecting:
  • When connecting to the computer, make sure the USB-C cable is firmly inserted into the connector
Customizing:
  • In the Vial you can adjust the DPI from 400 to 8200 dpi, choosing the most comfortable value for you.
  • Scroll mode by activating NumLock (on your keyboard, for Windows and Linux only)
  • Sniper mode by activating Scroll Lock (on your keyboard, for Windows and Linux only)
Updating firmware:
Before installation:
  • Download latest firmware here (trackball.uf2 file)
Installation:
  • Connect the Trackball to your PC
  • Quickly press the right button on the back of the case twice (marked in red on the photo)
  • Wait until controller enter bootloader mode and storage folder will open
  • Copy or move the Uf2 file and after that the controller should automatically reboot and work as usual
